Does the job even start? Is there a .LOG file? If not, make sure that
OPERATOR has delete access to old versions of the .LOG file.
If the job is starting, make sure that the SET PROC/PRIV commands are in
TESTSUB.COM. Enabling privileges interactively has no effect on the new
process created for the batch job.
