Try accessing the IP address first (with PING and/or TRACEROUTE))
Then try to access the X11 server on the PC (with TELNET to port 6000).
Then try to check the X11 security on the PC (eg. use DECW$EXAMPLES:ICO.EXE).

Try also to explain your problem better. eg.
What was the error message ?
What versions of which product ?
    What is "tcp logs" ?
