When you boot from the install CD you are not in a cluster, so the
quorum rules which apply when you boot from the system disk do
not apply when you boot from the CD.
You will want to review your votes, quorum, and cluster common file
locations to make sure the rest of the nodes can remain in normal
operation. Mkae sure to use the "remove_node" option when you
shut down so that quorum will be adjusted.
