What if the teacher casually mentions the availability of a VMS systems for
students to play with OUTSIDE "business hours" and that the educational
institution is not responsible and that this is not technically part of the
curriculum but students would do well to learn VMS ?
Then, one could argue that students would access the VMS systems out of their
own goodwill, as a hobby.
