Nop. Double clicking on a file does not open its resource. It looks in the
file header for the file type as well as application code (each 4 bytes) and
then looks up the application "directory" to find which executable is
responsible for this file.
An application would have to specifically load some specific (code) resource
from a data file and execute it. It would never execute by itself.
Now, if the user downloaded an "APPL" type file (application), and double
clicked on it, then, of course, it would execute.
