  This is centrally a question for the HP corporate software license folks,
  and probably not one that can ne answered within the newsgroups. AFAIK,
  you can purchase an OpenVMS license for an unsupported platform, so this
  doesn't look to be much of a stretch from there, but this is not my call
  and not my decision to make. Again, this is centrally a question for the
  corporate license folks. (The folks that you will want/need to discuss
  this with do not read newsgroups.)
