How long until IT employment vanishes ?

    Many people who have VMS experience are now finding it difficult to get jobs.
    How long will it be until most of the IT professional jobs go the same way ?
    The following article in the Inquirer makes for sobering reading for any IT
    worker in any high wage country (e.g. UK, US, Canada, Australia etc).

    This article says that any IT job that can be done at the end of a telephone
    and/or a data line is a candidate for outsourcing to a low wage country such as
    India.
