CERT counts do lie, you know this and just to reinforce
the point engineers from Compaq have admitted that OpenVMS
CERT advisories have not in the past been accurate.

There is also uncontovertable proof that they still arn't
accurate.

If smart is clinging to a statistical measure of security
which has been demonstrated to be total tosh then you are
one very very smart cookie, I congratulate you on your
smartness.
