I had a similar problem when I joined up. When I chased up the problem, it
related to a problem between DECUS Australia and the Montagar database. From
memory, Montagar asked for more information than Decus had sent them, so a
match didn't occur. The only way out was personal intervention by the DECUS
office staff.
