OOPS, forgot to add an important thing: IndeView does *not* render
at all because the rendering process takes place on _your_ computer
at home - not on the target computer.
All you get from IndeView are lots of bitmaps and a bunch of controll
and information files: the viewer application reads these and displays
the respective bitmaps in the right resolutions...
As of yet this means a serious drawback for some (not for all) of your
presentations: you loose all kind of animation and all slide transition
effects! However if your presentations (like mine) do not use such
effects and do not have moving parts on the slides then you loose
nothing and gain a lot. :-)
Of course this limitation will be changed in future versions of IndeView,
but I thought it is fair to tell it to you.
status and future plans are here:http://www.indeview.org/state.html
