The target OS is VMS, as such it makes since to simply show up with a
MicroVAX II in a BA23 and a RX02 unit. Use EXCHANGE to read the floppies
and send the result over the network.
The only other option is to show up with a PDP-11 (probably in a BA23) with
an RX02 unit. The PDP-11 would need to be running RT-11 (well technically
it could be running RSX-11M/M+), and either TCP/IP or Kermit.
