VAXstation 4000/60 bad cache

Hello,

I have a VAXstation 4000/60 that has just developed a problem. When
powered-up, the self test reports a problem with the cache:-

?? 001 4 CACHE 0768

and when I issue a 'show error', I get the following:-

?? 001 4 CACHE 0300
001 000A 2D000400 000002AA 0000296

When I try to boot VMS, it starts to boot, and then stops with a fatal
bugcheck.

Is there some parameter I can change in a conversational boot to stop
VMS needing the cache (or the part of the cache that does not work) so
it will start OK?

Can someone tell me which of the cache chips have gone wrong? I am
assuming they are the 8 Toshiba TC55329J-20 chips in front of the 3
VAX chips on the main board.

Does anyone know where I might get replacement parts, or know an
equivalent part number from another manufacturer - I can find no data
on this chip from the Toshiba web site (or any other web site for that
matter) - it seems to be obselete.

Andrew.
