DECnet Phase IV Time Sync Needed

We have two VMS systems that are going to be moved to a DECnet omly
link between the data center and a remote location. Why? Because the
Blaster virus last year caused so much traffic on the network that
important operations were affected between these two sites. Right now
these systems sync their time via NTP. Once these move that ability
goes away. These systems are running DECnet Phase IV.

My question is there a time sync over DECnet network we can use to keep
these systems in sync with each other? If not we will have to use wall
clock time sync (to a set time via the wall clock every so often).
