This shows how to put RGB signals to VGA signals. (this assumes that the
monitor will do sync on green).
The picture you posted makes it look like 3 RCA type male jacks coupled into
some proprietary plug assembly. If you can get all 2 signals (each plug would
have + and - for R G B), then the web above will tell you how to cross connect
it to get to a VGA plug.
