One thing to remember is that sometimes changing the ucx configuration makes
things worse. If you want to redo all the UCX$CONFIG settings, first go to
sys$system: and delete UCX*.dat files then when you run UCX$CONFIG the files
are created fresh. Solved a refusal to do ftp transfers for me under
VMS5.5-2 and UCX.
