Dave -

While I do not know the specific costs, the new licensing scheme for
OpenVMS Itamium will definitely be cheaper than before. The new
licensing strategy will follow the HP-UX model of 3 different tiers.

The base tier comes with unlimted user licensing and the same is true
for OpenVMS.
