1. Try the documentation. Online at
http://h71000.www7.hp.com/doc/tcpip53.html (with ponters to V5.1 and V5.4)

2. Did you use @SYS$MANAGER:TCPIP$CONFIG ( UCX$CONFIG for pre V5.0 )
Its a menu-driven command-file that does most of the basic TCPIP/UCX
configuratio.
