There is one example which demonstrates that it works: when you have a
shadowed system disk with more than one member, the second (and third)
member get automatically added to the shadow set at boot time.

But yes, I have seen it work and we use it here in a separate
MOUNT_DISKS.COM which is called frol SYLOGICALS.COM.
