Doing science programming on VMS is a wonderfull thing. Unfortunatly
most of it is CPU intensive and moved to RISC back when that meant
undergoing the pain of UNIX. Its not likey to come back.
I do appreciate it when our friend from UMD posts here. It means
there's some small hope.
