   Perhaps it would be useful to send (perhaps as an option, or
automatically after a duplicate request) a second e-mail message which
looks less like junk and informs the recipient that the license/PAK
e-mail has been sent.

   Of course, handling my own e-mail service, I don't have this problem,
so it's not a high priority.
