You need not ask if your subscription to your local user group has been
processed, you need to ask when they intend to send the database update to the
Montagar/Hobbyist folks (Montagar is the company that volunteers its systems
and people to run the hobbyist programme).

Montagar maintains its own database and receives updates from various chapters
around the world. Until your chapter sends its database updates, Montagar
doesn't know you exist.
