   Go ahead, shoot the messenger :-)

   It's my experience that I need to re-register each year, after Aug 1,
in order to get new licenses that are valid for that year. Perhaps I'm
not supposed to have to, but I did so and was able to get licenses valid
until Aug 31,2006. I suggest you give it a try.
