That is nonsense. The Alpha EV7 schedule was driven by the need to fix
critical bugs, and that is an area where more funding and more people
really don't help much. How would you have deployed additional resoureces
to speed up the debug process? How would you have cut the time required
for the needed designed changes to propagate through the factory and turn
into real silicon?
