What is "EXPECTED_VOTES on the running cluster" ? SDA ? GETSYI ? SYSGEN ?
And why does SDA show the old information then (NodeB was booted first
by manually change EXPECTED_VOTES to 5 at SYSBOOT> prompt to come up alone)
