Splitting serial cables ?

Is it possible to split a serial cable coming from an OPA0: to go to 2
separate serial ports ? (not a switch, I want hardwired connections).

Goal: have a node's OPA0: go to serial ports on 2 different machines so
that no matter which node is up, I can always SET HOST/DTE from the
running node to access the OPA0:

And while I am at it, how about a 3 way ? Have OPA0: go to 2 serials
ports as well as a true blue VT220 (actually, they are now yellowish :-)
.
