Almost. It does if the first character is "-". However, as the help
screen says, this is not necessarily the case with the unix syntax. In
that case, it gives an error.

Sorry, I was referring to UNZIP, not ZIP. One can then (with the VMSCLI
version) use the options and parameters in an undocumented order so that
"-" comes first and it will work.

Personally, I think that it should do a more detailed check as to
whether unix syntax has been specified, rather than the simple one it
does now. I hope that this gets changed. It is old code and has always
worked that way, but I think it is a small change and I can't see it
breaking anything.
