I see 2 mistakes you made here: using "OpenVMS" instead of "VMS". Leads
to confusion.

Secondly, instead of saying it is an HP product, you should have
explained it was a Digital product which HP inherited as part of its
purchase of Compaq.

The dweebs answering the phone wouldn't know what you are talking about if
you mentioned Digital or DEC. When I order licenses I have found that it is
always good to tell the first person you talk to that it is a Compaq part
number.

(it was a merger? right? :-)
