Stripeset member logging errors

I have 2 HSZ80's configured in multibus failover mode. A stripeset is
logging errors, and I need to determine which physical disk is having
problems. I'm fairly certain that the DECevent output contains the LUN
I
need, but I can't find it. The disks in the stripeset are DISK50000
and
DISK60100. What is the physical device?
