Ken Lay, former Compaq board member, had his "guilty verdict" formerly
dropped because his forced stay at a cemetary prevents him from
exercising his right to appeal his conviction.
As a result, the government cannot seize any of his assets to distribute
to shareholders/creditors of another company he destroyed (Enron) and
his Wife gets to keep her riches.
