You should have a OPENVMS-I64-FOE, OPENVMS-I64-EOE or OPENVMS-I64-MCOE
license -- I don't remember which, but any will authorize base OpenVMS
I64 -- in the stash of licenses received.
Nope, all I got was the EDUOE license. I presumed that was meant to replace
the
FOE/EOE/MCOE license, but it isn't recognized.
