what? Just security personnel alone in a major data center would
be x number of employees vs "1" vms security officer, and that
could be done by the admin because

1> vms doesn't get viruses
2> vms doesn't have a million CERT vulnerabilities to patch every
month
3> setting up security parameters is a since on vms compared to others
