for documentation on undocumented features.

When folks ask for documentation of the undocumented, that's called a "userland
request for new features".
This particular new feature request needs to be directed at the
Alphaserver hardware support folks, as has been pointed out before.
VMS can only return the data that's made available by the firmware and
hardware. VMS can't attach any real-world significance to the data
returned.
