DEC Ada V3.5-1 on VAX

We are trying to source an installation kit (and documentation) for DEC Ada
V3.5-1 on VAX. It doesn't have to be on CD or tape, electronic emailed
copies would be okay. Initial investigations indicate this would have been
released in 1999 although we are not 100% sure on that. Can anyone help or
have any suggestions?
