I logged one of these errors on a disk in a shadow set.
It may be an isolated error, happened once about 22 hours ago.
Should I ignore it or what?
If the disk is not misbehaving otherwise, I'd ignore it, but I'd look into it as
deeply as the tools allow first. Could indicate trouble brewing, but may just be
a one-time thing.
One error on a disk drive is nothing to worry about. A pattern of errors; e.g. one bad sector then another and another generally means that you had better do a backup right now! And while your backup is running you should order another disk if you don't have a spare available.
