Sadly the page you refer to is a paid for subscription service. Since
I am unwilling to fund conspiracy theorists I for one will not be
subscribing. I also imagine that you will find very few people who are
prepared to fork out to for the privilege.
It also seems to be fairly old news. Unless I'm mistaken the
20060123 part of the URL appears to refer to a news item
from 23 Jan 2006

Bobs not been having a particularly good last couple of weeks.

A whole load of posts about GW refering to articles which have all
turned out to be ill informed factually incorrect politically inspired
rubbish. A new and lets say rather dubious choice of email addresses
due in part to these posts and now a link to an outdated article which
would cost anyone wanting to access it $370.

I would draw the line at paying $370 for todays news but $370 for last
years news !!!!!!!!!
