After Clinton received a BJ in the white house many Republicans (politicians
as well as supporters) called this immoral and promised things would improve
if Republicans were allowed to run things. Since then we've found out that:

1) One gay Florida Republican (I forget his name) was attempting to start a
gay relationship with one (or more) congressional pages.

2) Newt Gingrich was married 3 times and one of the marriages broke up
because he was having a relationship with one of his staff.

3) Paul Wolfowitz and his girl friend are having a relationship out of wed
lock (they are both divorced so this isn't as bad as it sounds) but then
Paul used his position as President of the World Bank to give this woman an
unauthorized promotion and raise. Even though she was out of the world bank,
she was still being paid by them.

4) We find out that Rush Limbaugh (not a politician but definitely a
Republican promoter) is married multiple times and has an Oxy-Cotton (sp?)
drug problem.

So here is my rhetorical question: do you actually believe that one
political group is morally superior than another? Answer: No

don't give me that personal BS ... that is a handful, and the very
people you mention have continually voted and supported every
issue that strengthens the family and morality ... the "D" democrat
stands for demonic ... who is the democrat party of today?

Just a handful, the Abramoff case implicates rather more than just a
handful starting at the ex leader of the house and working down.

I do not care how Gingrich and others live their life ... God
will judge them ... I care how they vote NOW on issues
relevant the family and morality!

So you are suggesting that double standards and personal morality do
not matter at all as long as you vote the "right" way. Interesting
philosophy but one that may well explain why the Republicans are in
trouble.

But let me ask you a question, what was your position on Bill and
Monica, did it matter or was it irrelevant? I bet you were one of the
pack baying for blood.
