I don't know the answer to that question, but it's simple to avoid the
problem:
$ RENAME incriminating.jpg innocent.jpg
$ DELETE/ERASE innocent.jpg
ok
dpm
Which is why the FBI will take all your backups as well. Just ask
Ollie North.
