Back in the day DECStandard 138 defined the supported ESCAPE
sequences. I still have a copy in my book case. In it there is
a sequence for keyboard LEDS.
DECLL DEC Load Leds CSIpsq
PS
0 Turn off all leds
1 Turn on Led 1
2 2
3 3
4 4
I am fairly certain that this was documented for all VT's in
the programmers manuals. I recently gave away all the ones I had
except for the VT525 which has it in it.
