I think that the services divisions of both IBM and I suspect HP are
fairly agnostic in terms of systems. They want the money, and they want
to be seen to be able to support any/all systems.

However, when the time comes for a customer to want advise on what to
buy, the HP services will not have as much credibility as an independant
firm (since they will be pitching HP systems).

If you look on the HP website (which I did Tuesday night), the website
says that it will be branded "EDS - An HP Company"
