Ars Technica had a blurb about that. It seems it will remain a separate
division with its own headquarters in whatecver city they are now
headquartered, and not be melted into HP. They will only streamline
administrative functions.

So no quick integration "à la Carly".

But, my guess is that "remains a separate division" may not last many years.
