Re: Seagate ST31051N on MicroVAX 3100



Hi all. I retried in this days the whole procedure, te be sure that
the disk itself is good and working.
I installed in a win2000 machine, formatted it and used a little: no
problem.
I double checked with SCU the ARRE and ARWE, they are disabled.
I re-installed in the VAX4000-100A, reinited with test E1: no problem
so far.
Booted VMS 5.5, it's DKA100 (correctly seen by the firmware also in
size).
Tried to INIT it with VMS: drive fault.
On ANALYZE /ERROR /INCLUDE=DKA100 /SINCE=TODAY (copied by hand from
console)
