HoffmanLabs down?

I haven't been able to get to HoffmanLabs (http://64.223.189.234)
since some time Friday, Dec. 12. It doesn't answer pings; traceroutes
get as far as a router called "A4-0-0-1711.DSL-RTR1.MAN.verizon-
gni.net" for whatever that's worth.

Anyone know what's up?
