I'm trying to help this site. There's no money involved. It's just
maddening though that something as simple as connecting to a serial
can be such a tooth-pulling exercise.
If the people involved could/would find the manual and read it, I'm reasonably sure that the location of the serial port(s) is documented.
Have these people ever worked with a computer before????? I don't think I've ever had any difficulty locating the serial port(s) on any machine I've worked with!
