Dear James:
The queue is setup to retain the print job anytime there is a problem
in printing the object. You must troubleshoot the reason why the print
job isn't completing successfully. Upon your successful completion of
your solution, you could have these print job complete printing their
objects.
To have anyone here to help you, you will have to come up some error
statements displayed as to why the print job error out.
$ SHOW QUEUE/ALL/FULL <queue_name>
....will display more information. There should be a message or status
code displayed. This will help naarow down the possibilities.
Check also that your network is fully functional and that the print
target is functioning normally. Test it by some other means (you will
have to determine how - we don't yet have enough info to offer
suggestions).
