HP makes another announcement about job cuts

At first, it seems to be yet another annoucement of job cuts. But it is
in fact implementing the 8% job cuts announced in may by specifying that
9000 will go from USA and 8000 from Europe.
I hate it when companies annouce job cuts more than once. I guess they
think shareholders will be pleased.
