Then, the other thing you can try is disconnect the keyboard/mouse,
connect a terminal to the COM1 port (9600-8-n-1), and try powering up.
If you get nothing, try the other COM port. If you still get nothing,
try removing the graphics card, then try the COM ports again.
Eventually, you'll be able to CTRL+S (or HOLD SCREEN) the display and
see what message flashes by too fast to read.
Worth a try...
