    Also known as an 0662S12 if my Google searches are correct (not very
    memorable IBM part numbers !). It doesn't appear to be anything out of the
    ordinary for a 1Gb disk of that age. Best bet is to disconnect all other
    devices and see if the controller and the IBM disk by themselves work or
    not.
