Last year I bid almost $400 on Ebay on an Alphastation 255 with 256 MB of
RAM and 2 small hard drives. I was outbid at the last minute.
Later on I bought an even better PWS500au for less than that. Although it
came with some weird dual-output Tru64-only video card which I have since
replaced. (Think that's worth anything?)
The amount of RAM is key. It's getting hard to find that old stuff for a
reasonable price, so if the system you're talking about has only 32 MB, $150
might be a reasonable price, but if it's maxed out at 256MB it might fetch
$400 on the open market.
I think the 255 came in different CPU speeds too.
