You can probably find the original ## at www.kingston.com eg. at

I know transtec sold these modules some time ago, i got a '97 catalog of
them,
with all kind of DEC memory listed.
Try asking in de.alt.folklore.computer probably shows up some help too?
Some of the guys there are familiar with these machines.
