Dilog DQ153 question

How do I configure a Dilog DQ153 Qbus Pertec controller?

Megan Gentry's Qbus and Unibus field guide reports it has a LSI-11 and
VAX config program in ROM. How do I start it? Is it at some fixed
address or does it depend on the jumpers?

It's in a MicroVAX 3 system. With only the CPU and memory boards
installed the "show qbus" command produces:

-10001F40 (777500) = 0020 (004) IPCR

What is that? Is it the serial port on the CPU board?
